Further to this we require
-a copy of your credit score (we will independantly verify)
-a reference from your former landlord.
-proof of employment along with an employer reference
-valid photo ID.
These steps will not only streamline the rental process but also position you ahead of others. The quicker we get everything from you, the quicker the process goes
