Lease Signing

Once we've found the right tenant for your property, we'll send you the summary of the tenant and then we move forward with the lease signing process. As the next step of the lease signing process, Our team will prepare all the necessary lease documents and schedule a meeting with the tenant to review and sign the lease agreement.

During the lease signing, we ensure that the tenant understands their rights and responsibilities outlined in the lease agreement. We also address any questions or concerns the tenant may have before finalizing the lease.

Once the lease is signed, we provide copies to both the tenant and the property owner for their records.

Prior to the tenant's move-in date, we conduct a move-in inspection to document the property's condition and address any pre-existing issues.

Our  property management company onboards the tenant and provide them with all necessary information, including contact details, emergency procedures, and maintenance requests procedures. This ensures a smooth transition for the tenant and helps establish a positive landlord-tenant relationship from the outset.
