Solutions Property Management was created unfortunately
from frustration.
Owning our very own rental portfolio we grew tired over the years of the mediocre service and the exorbitant “extra fees” that constantly piled up every month from property management.
So we took the task into our own hands and *Voila*Solutions Property Management was born. We decided on the name “Solutions” Property Management because as part of our team values, we dedicate ourselves to being a solutions oriented company, for both the owners we represent and the tenants who live in our managed spaces!
